You've been asking for it and today Screencast.com's new Commenting feature goes live - just in time for Back-to-School. Now instructors, teachers, and trainers have a great new tool for initiating conversations about their videos, PowerPoint presentations, and more.

Click here to learn all about Screencast.com's Commenting feature. We've also included some tips to help account owners and viewers be successful when using the commenting feature.

And, while you're in the Help Center, check out the new area called Learn to Screencast. Here you'll find information to help you create videos that provide your viewers with a great Screencast.com experience. Topics such as Screencasting Best Practices, Choose the Best Video File Format, and Understanding Bandwidth are included.
